The Independent Health Medically Oriented Gym at Jericho Road is located at 1021 Broadway and offers traditional gym services (free weights, TRX machine, cardio machines, group classes), as well as physical therapy, personalized exercise programming, nutrition consultations, and more.

YMCA Buffalo Niagara is a charitable, community-based organization committed to providing programs designed to build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. We serve the Western New York community with six membership branches, two overnight camps, and over 50 child care locations.
Young Audiences of Western New York is an arts-in-education organization whose mission is to inspire, expand learning, and strengthen the community through engagement with the arts. For nearly 60 years, Young Audiences has supported learning through the arts with performances, workshops, and residencies presented by professional artists in educational, cultural, and community settings, engaging the lives of more than 70,000 children and families in all eight counties of Western New York each year.
Oishei Healthy Kids Health Home is a free program for Medicaid children between the ages of 0-21 years old. Our children members receive extra support needed for medical, behavioral, and social needs. Each child will have a dedicated care team driven by superior care coordination resulting in needed services and improved health outcomes.
The Buffalo Museum of Science is located on MLK Park and provides online and in-person STEM learning opportunities for all ages. Members get free admission every day we are open, and we have special rates for our neighbors in zip codes 14208, 14211, and 14212.
Double Up Food Bucks is a healthy food incentive program that provides those who receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits with a $1-to-$1 match that encourages the purchase of healthy, locally grown fruits and vegetables.
The Matt Urban Center is a non-profit human services organization whose mission is to provide programs that revitalize neighborhoods, serve families, and change lives. For 45 years, MUC has provided programs that support many residents of Buffalo’s East Side – from youth to seniors and from homeless individuals to homeowners. The roster of programs include Housing & Community Development, Weatherization, Senior Services, Youth Services, Permanent Supportive Housing, Homeless Outreach, Food Pantries, and the Matt Urban Hope Center & Urban Diner.

FeedMore WNY offers dignity, hope and a brighter future by providing nutritious food, friendship and skills training to its Western New York neighbors in need. Through its food bank distribution center and partner hunger-relief agencies, as well as its Meals on Wheels services and other targeted feeding programs, FeedMore WNY alleviates hunger and assists community members of all ages throughout Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara counties.
